- Preheat oven to 350oF Grease and flour your pan.
- Combine banana and sour cream.
- In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until smooth.
ÊÊ Ê Beat in the eggs then stir in the vanilla and banana mixture.
ÊÊ Ê combine the dry ingredients; stir into the banana mixture. Spread the
batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake till a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread
comes out clean.
!caution!
- I use different size pans all the
time so I don't have any set time! Please go by your experience.
- Make sure you use very ripe bananas ( I prefer completely brown ones
but spotted ones will do too.)
