| Ingredients: |
- 7-8 quarts popped popcorn (microwave, air popper or stovetop)
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 cups butter
- 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

| Instructions: |
- Spray oil coating onto two deep pans, such as a roasting pan or
lasagna dish.
- Place popped popcorn into deep pans and set aside.
- Preheat oven 200oF.
- In a saucepan combine brown sugar, corn syrup, molasses, salt and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring.
- Once it starts to boil, stop mixing and wait until mixture
reaches 250oF.
- Remove mixture from heat. Stir baking soda and vanilla into
mixture.
- Pour mixture over popped popcorn. Don't worry about totally coating it. Place pans in oven.
- Stir popcorn every 15 minutes for 45 minutes. (3 rotations) First stir will coat popcorn.
- Remove from oven after the third stir and break apart as it
cools.
